After checking the battery, investigated as to why it had to be recharged too many times; "Joe" checked every switch, outlet, etc. and found that the control for the dome light was always left on, which is why the battery failed. After having them check all the wiring, was extremely relieved. Also, discovered the wiring for the dome light was missing a plug. Suggested on how to find one for this vehicle. During this time, Joe would check in with me from time to time and would ask questions about the vehicle.
I found the schematic for the wiring, so I have to somehow find the appropriate plug, and they can fix and rewire it for me. They are the only people I would take my vehicles to with any wiring issues.
In addition, when I'm ready to replace the radio, I intend to go to them. They previously installed my Viper alarm system as well.
