The doctor and staff were great with a scared little guy. We got an exam room right away so the distraction of other pets was not a factor for our dog.
We had all the files from the adoption agency. There was one more shot needed and we picked up heartworm tabs and flea/tick medicine for the first 6 months.
The lower grade on price is probably because we haven't had a pet in quite a while, so had a bit of mental adjustment.

They were very good and they were fine. It was a pleasant experience. I figured that they were reasonable because everyone is going up. They were caring and it's an awesome thing. From the bad experience, I ended up being okay.

As usual, the Doctor and staff were professional and caring, and recommended further care (with estimated costs). They forgot to give me the rabies tag, but I received it in the mail the next day. I received a telephone call the next day explaining the test results.

They are convenient because they are near to where I live. They are fine.

The SAUGUS ANIMAL HOSPITAL has been fantastic! What I like about them is their personal care and compassion. They are just really good people and really great service!

The veterinarian was very profesional and good with my dog. She had an assistant to help her and my dog fully trusted them. They took him to weigh him and draw blood and he went very hapily. After they brought him back out I received a full written report on all that had been done, how much he weighed and any recomendations they had. It was a very thourough check up. Shane loves to go there!

They are wonderful

On my last regular check-up visit, the dog was fine and needed no treatment.My old cat had lost weight.She had a blood test and Dr. Anderson called me the next day.The test was fine, but she wantwed to discuss what action (if any) tom take to address the weight loss.I decided to "wait and see."

I have been to other vets periodically. These people have always same doctors. They have very caring vets. The technicians are good. They do good job. It's a clean place. They are little pricey. I would use them in the future.

I got a new kitten and I took her to them. It may have cost $100 or $200 during my last visit. We will be going back again as he needs to be fixed. They are amazing. They are excellent. I would totally recommend them to anybody if you love your pet and think of them as a part of your family. They are not only wonderful with the pets but they are also great with the family members. I lost a cat and got a new cat. I have cats and dogs. They are unbelievable and wonderful. It does not matter as to which doctor you get as they are all wonderful. The staff is loving and caring. They have a dozen of doctors and also a receptionist. The office is clean. They love your pets and they take good care of them. They make you seem like you have got a good vet. They are good with the animals and not just with the humans. They respect the pets as a part of your family. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the doctors and the office staff. I would like to grade them the highest in all the areas including the wait and their scheduling. I have my next appointment on the 16th of November 2011.

The doctor is very knoledgable. He doesn't like to give shots that are unecessary.

We trust the vets and staff at the Saugus Animal Hospital. If I could change anything it would be there pricing as they are on the higher end of the scale.

When you arrive at Saugus Animal Hospital, you are greeted with a friendly smile. The appointments are scheduled efficiently so that you rarely have to wait for your appointment. However, when you are in the exam room with the doctor and/or technician, you never feel rushed. All questions are answered and all information is explained in detail. They take time to make sure you understand any conditions, procedures, etc. The doctors and staff are gentle and caring with all the animals as well as equally kind and caring to the humans (which is very important to us). Our pets are considered family members, and the kind, loving staff at Saugus Animal Hospital is supportive and sensitive to that. Over the years we have had dogs and cats (some with medical problems), and I would only trust the expect care given by the staff at Saugus Animal Hospital to care for our pets.

The visit went very well. The doctor and technicians were attentive, prompt, and excellent. The office staff seemed very professional and courteous with us. The whole office seemed to operate very efficiently. This is the 2nd or 3rd time we've been there and the experiences have been very good ones.
