Very bad job and walked away at the end without finishing the job.

He supposedly found the leak. He said he needed to replace a beam that had rotted. I left for a few days while the work was going on. He tore down the ceiling tiles and saved them. He also tore the insulation down. Replaced the beam and the insulation. Then he put the tiles back up that he saved. About six months later I still had the leak and he came out. He put a skim coat on the cement slab on our second floor landing. Now the leak is worse than ever. He will not answer my calls to get this situation resolved.
