Landscaping
Went Bad, -
Tried to contact Marshall in October to end service.
Looking up Phone number on web found at least 8 or 9 different numbers listed.
Did eventually find a live number and left voice mail asking to stop the service and to call me if they wanted to talk about leaf removal after Thanksgiving.
They never returned call didn't stop doing the work.
Did several leave removal jobs when it was obvious the trees would drop leaves again as soon as they finished.
Other Quality Issues:
Moved grill to get at leaves and did not put it back every time they did a leaf job.
Destroyed a Pet lanyard in my yard with lawn mower no attempt to make it right or even let me know it happened.
They do not come on any set schedule so it's not easy to make sure the lanyard is off the lawn before they come.

"We maintained this property for the entire season without issue - customer gives us a "B" for quality. Customer claims they tried to contact us in October to end service by looking up our number on the web, but our number is clearly printed on our invoices. The 8 or 9 other numbers the customer refers to are for other companies, perhaps the customer left a message with one of them. Customer left a message on our answering machine in December that was promptly returned, but at that point we had removed all the leaves and our services for the season had been completed. Clearly the customer was aware that we had been spending extra time removing the leaves while mowing the lawn every two weeks for a two month period, but chose to wait until all work was done and the property was left clean for the winter before informing us that they were not going to pay for any of the leaf removal charges. We agree with them that we would not work for this customer in the future."
