General Remodeling
It started in July. It was supposed to take 3 months. After 6 months, they still were not done. They put on the wrong type of roof, and the inspector showed them that it was wrong, but they said I would have to pay them more to fix it. The subs were complaining and the electrician put a lean on my house because he wasn?t get paid, even though that was Dichiara?s responsibility. The shower didn?t drain correctly, so the water would flow outside of the room! The wood flooring was not tempered to the space and the house was cold. They stopped showing up and we had to get someone else to complete the work, which included a lot of redoing their poor work.
