James Healey of Healey Construction and Development is a predator. He used a change order to present an bill inflated by $10,000. The court agreed in adjustment with me and ordered a judgement to me. He has since filed bankruptcy, I'm sure it's not because of the judgment to me. Look out he will insist that payments are made directly to him and not his business. Don't be fooled by the fact that know one has complained on line. This man is dishonest!
