Home Security System Service
We had been an ADT customer, were stuck in a contract, so we had ADT come out to activate the 4-year old system in our new residence. Exactly like our first experience, the sales rep tried to upsell us on unnecessary equipment by telling us that our Comcast phone service was not reliable & would not be a safe way to contact police if our alarm was tripped, To the contrary, Comcast's website has an entire section on home alarms & specifically sites ADT requiring customers to buy unnecessary equipment. Then the tech came out, tinkered w/the box and told us we'd have to replace the panels. Had we gone w/ADT, we'd have been out at least $400 for no reason. Bob was very nice and knowledgeable, and was wonderful to work with. He activated our alarm at no additional cost, except for the monthly monitoring fees. We would highly recommend him. His customer service was excellent, he takes pride in his work & looks out for his client's best interest.
