This was the second time we have used Roger Trabucco from Direct Plumbing & Heating. The first job Roger did for us was to hook up a sink and disposal for our new kitchen. His work was excellent. This second time Roger went above and beyond great service. I had ordered a toilet too large for this bathroom and did not realize it until Roger brought it to the house to install. Roger went out of his way to call several distributors to locate a toilet that would fit the space. He then drove to pick up the correct size and came back and installed it. He was polite, professional and extremely neat while working. The job took much longer to do than planned yet he honored his orginal quote.
