They are professional, knowledgable, polite and arrive when they say they will. They have also been extremely accommodating with my work and travel schedule. I was able to email pictures of the broken hot water heater along with some measurements to avoid multiple appointments for the repair. They do good work and always clean up before they leave. I will continue to use them in the future and would recommend them to others.
I spent $300 on that work and I had to pay Sears for the water heater. He fit us in his schedule. My house is really old and there was some fixing needed so he did that as well. He did a good job and came on time. He was being contracted by Sears.
