Did the job but: (1) Threshold length was short and he had to add a small front piece to cover. Could have done it on the inside, instead on the outside. Extension needed only about 3/4": he did 2-3/4" which is now a great rain catcher - we get a big puddle of water coming back in. It also angled back so water flows back into the house, rubber guard notwithstanding under storm door (threshold is not flat but depressed in the middle). It has also made the storm door difficult to close. (2) He rammed the threshold back through the old semi-rotted trim & door frame instead of clearing the old wood. Later found flooring behind door splintered by a piece of the wood debris that was shoved back. (3) I offered him my table saw as he did not have it with him. He left it in a mess. (4) I've spent more time trying to mitigate his mistakes than if I'd done the job myself. (5) I asked him to wear a mask at all times on our property. After leaving to get something, he returned and when I asked him to put it on again, he became quite petulant, He also shook my hand afterward, which I did though out of instinct, but I had a glove on. I assume others may not. If you are worried about COVID, I'd insist he follows your instructions. UPDATE AS OF 07/24/2020: Addendum to prior review: photos: Images - uneven threshold under storm door & water puddle 24hrs AFTER it rained - barrier you see I put in myself to stop the water coming back, so at least is not building up inside and rotting the threshold again. I stained & polyeurathane’d prior to any rain.
