Budget Insulation and Contracting

I put my name in a website to have someone come out and price windows for me. Stewart, their inside sales rep called me three times to set-up a meeting. I asked what brand window they preferred to install he said "I honestly don't know" I should have realized right there something was up. The owner Mike Meyer showed up on time and gave a presentation on his "own" window. I had mentioned that we were having some other work done and he said that he would like the opportunity to bid on the other work...roof, siding and gutters along with the windows. He went outside, measured and we discussed what my wife and I were looking for. He said there would be a quote in my e-mail in a couple days. A week went by, I called, Mike answered but acted like he didn't remember the house. When he remembered he said he'd have a quote to me tomorrow. He basically hung up on me after saying this. Not very professional. I'm writing this update 2 full weeks after the initial visit and still no estimate. I hired a different person due to start roofing later this week. This is just a heads up to people, I'm looking at a $25-30k job and this guy doesn't have time for me. Imagine what that means for the smaller jobs.
