Bradford Carpet One Floor & Home is a third generation family business serving eastern Massachusetts since 1986. We recently relocated to Peabody with a new and improved showroom. With one of the largest selections of carpet, hardwood, laminate, ceramic tile, resilient flooring, and area rugs in the area, we’ve got your flooring needs covered. And with personal, professional service from our trained flooring experts, you’ll find the product, warranty, and color that are just right for you. And our exceptional service doesn't end in the store. Once you've chosen your new floor, rest assured it will be installed by one of our certified installation professionals who will make sure you're completely satisfied from the beginning to end. We specialize in residential floor covering, as well as commercial/industrial projects.

I definitely will recommend this company, however, I do have some concerns about their communication/responsiveness:
1). My original installation date is 10/20/2015, but I did not get any notice that the installation date will be changed to 10/21/2015 until I called them last minute on the original installation date, which is not professional and responsive enough.
2). It will be great if your company can guarantee customers get email/call response in less than 24 hours, too much delay will not do any good;
Any way, the installation job is well done, I am happy about the result.

The funny part (or sad part) is that this is the second time this has happened with us. We worked with Bradford at another home a few years ago and had a similar experience -- great sales, poor installation. The only difference was that the installation at the first place was poorly done -- there were buckles in the carpet after they installed it. Dave had to personally come out and fix it.
So, as I read the other wonderful reviews, it just seems to me that it's us. There must be something about our jobs (too small, too inconvenient, etc.) that don't merit attention from Bradford. We like them, but don't feel their installation is very professional. We have another carpeting project and have gone elsewhere.
