The cleanup was fine, the owner apparently didn't understand what I wanted in a certain section, so it was not quite what I wanted, and new backyard seeding was fine.

I also use Atlantic in the fall for clean-up. They mow my lawn weekly. They have been great with both services. This time was no different than any other time. They showed up as scheduled and they did a great job. Every week they are excellent and I have no complaints with them at all.
