A-1 TREE SERVICE

They arrived when promised to give an estimate. They returned when promised to perform the services. My yard was immaculate when they left. Wonderful team from estimate to completion.

A-1 Tree Service came in on time with a full crew, they worked diligently, got it done, and cleaned up. The price was good because I had three estimates and A-1 Tree Service was the lowest.

A1 was one of several tree services that we called for estimates on removing some trees. We ended up with another tree service because we got a better estimate, but we were very impressed with the professionalism and responsiveness of A1 and would not hesitate to call again.

Their service was very good, but we wrote them a check at the time of the service and then they called me three or four weeks ago and told me that we had an outstanding bill. I said I didn't know why because I wrote them a check and gave it to the foreman of the crew who was there. They were very apologetic and said it must have been a mix-up and they looked into it. They were very good about it.

Requested a quote for some tree pruning. The company contacted me promptly and made an appointment. The estimator arrived almost an hour early, which was good as I needed to get to work. He spent about 20 minutes discussing what branches needed removing. He then wrote a quote and handed it to me. They were significantly more expensive than other tree companies I got estimates from, so I didn't hire them. However, they were very prompt and responsive and I would use them in the future.

The service was fine and I paid the same price that was quoted.

Michael was great, he called us after another contractor we had called from Angie's List did not service our area. He called and we arranged an estimate. He came to the appointment on time and gave a very fair estimate, slightly below another estimate we had gotten. He called to schedule a time to remove the trees and when rain prevented the removal called to apologize for the inconvenience and reschedule. The job took less than an hour and all debris was removed. We were really happy and would recommend him to anyone.
