Marc did a nice job of keeping us informed from the initial visit for a quotation through the completion of the job. His roofing sub-contractor did a great job and was easy to work with. We had quotes from two other sources for the roof and skylight installation. His quote was very competitive (just slightly  more than the least expensive quote). However, his keeping us up-to-date on progress etc. sold the deal.

We originally just asked Marc about installing skylights and whether or not the roof should be replaced at the same time (17-18 yr old roof). Marc said that the roof probably had another 4-5 years in it and did not require replacement at this time. We decided to go ahead and replace the roof when the skylights were installed.

We called him for an estimate. He was very responsive, punctual and professional. His estimate was too high compared to other estimates we got from other local roofers.

Marc Watson did an excellent job for a fair price. I recommend him.

They were very courteous. They checked in with us frequently. It is our second home so there were some scheduling issues and they worked around our schedule. They were great to work with. Their price was fair.

We wanted this entire project to be completed in 6 weeks. One week before the start of the project Marc Watson came to our office and personally gave us his word that the project would be completed on time and on-budget. It was! We began on February 15th and re-opened our doors on April 13th, and the 2 day delay was a result of paving work that could not be completed due to cold temperatures and not a reflection of the work done by Watson Construction. This crew battled some of the coldest temperatures on record for Cape Cod, yet they were on the job site everyday by 7:00 and never left before cleaning their work area and they never left before 4:00. Each of the men knew their job and they got it done. Each of the men on this crew were courteous and friendly and patient enough to answer any and all questions. There were many people who said that we could never complete the project in the time and we were so happy to open the doors on time! The finished result is a show stopper - the Historical Society has thanked us for restoring the Inn to its original beauty. We are so grateful to the Watson Construction crew, we have a plaque in their honor as you enter the building!

The price ended up being what the estimated price was, the job was completed on time (and with minimal disruption to our normal routine), and we're very pleased. The Watson employees were a pleasure to work with, from start to finish.
