plumbing, water heater repair
 + 0 moreHe did good work promptly, explained a lot of things and was smart. My only complaint was that he sold me the company water heater and I learned (after the fact) that other suppliers water heaters would have been just as good and could have saved me a couple hundred dollars. We'd price him a B for the labor costs and a C for the product cost.
Description of Work: They replaced our hot water heater. We called him back a second time about a week later when we had a leak. He was unreachable the second time (and may have been away that weekend but we got a "mailbox is full" message). His first visit to us however was prompt.
