KITCHEN TECH INC

After purchasing a very tired condo, we had to begin the daunting process of hiring someone to do a top to bottom rehab.  Kitchen Tech had been recommended to us by the listing agent, so that's where we began.  After only one meeting, we instinctively knew we had found our remodeling partners.  I had a list, just short of a mile long, of what we wanted to do.  Susan (we love you) looked at our list and said without hesitation, we can do all of this.  They put together a quote, which we accepted without any hesitation.  And, folks, they did do it all.  What should have been a total stressful time for us turned out to be a wonderful wonderful experience.

We have a gorgeous new kitchen, two completely new bathrooms, new flooring 1stand 2nd floors, top to bottom painted.  Their whole team (electricians, installers, plumbers, and, of course, Susan and Paul) couldn't have been more fantastic to work with.  Susan's suggestions were right on, phone calls and or emails were answered within hours, problems resolved immediately with no hassle whatsoever.

We have been in our "new" condo now for about 4 weeks and totally and completely love it.  Kitchen Tech, has been and continues to be one of the best decisions we've ever made.

When we started thinking about redesigning our kitchen we did so with dread remembering all of the stories we had been told by others who had "gone through" the drama of waiting months for the job to be done, the wrong cabinets delivered, poor workmanship, etc etc, etc.  When we began discussions with Kitchen Tech about redesigning our kitchen we had no idea how smooth the process would be.  What we did realize almost immediately was how wonderful, talented, caring and professional both Paul and Susan were.  Susan and Paul both came out to look at the kitchen and we shared ideas.  Thankfully, at times, they gently convinced me to do something differenly than I had envisioned.  I say thankfully, because every change they convinced me to make made my kitchen more beautiful and efficient.  We are average people with a less than average budget.  At every step of the process Paul and Susan made recommendations that would be cost effective.  They worked with us to stay within our budget but still have the kitchen of our dreams.  They took care of every detail.  After the job was complete, they sent over a cleaning crew to clean my house, wipe out all of the cupboards etc.  They were wonderful.  They also sent a very beautiful and very large flower arrangement.  Now seriously - does it get any better than that????
The team; plumbers, electricians, carpenters, cleaning crew etc were just as professional and talented as Paul and Susan.  They arrived when they promised, did the work, and cleaned up.  They all worked efficiently, not wasting any time.  Their work was beautiful and was done very quickly with high quality workmanship. 
It is now a year later and we are still ecstatic about our kitchen.  As with any large job there were of course little details that needed to be dealt with after the fact.  Nothing big - just a drawer that does not shut properly, a knob that is loose etc.  Paul and Susan are amazingly responsive to anything that we want looked at even a year later.
Literally, people walk into my kitchen and the beauty takes their breath away.  In addition to being beautiful it is so easy to work in - - cooking is a joy.  We LOVE it and we LOVE Kitchen Tech.  There are not anough words to express how great they are and how grateful I am to have found them.  I have already recommended them to friends of ours who saw the kitchen and wanted one just like it.  They had their kitchen done by Kitchen Tech and are just as pleased as we are.  We would never hesitate to recommend them.
