An appalling experience. We wanted to convert to natural gas for the convenience and the National Grid website directed us to CC gas. CC gas bordered incompetent. Slow, unhelpful, inaccurate pricing and poor organization. We have recommended friends use another contractor. The whole painful 9 month saga is blogged here: https://sites.google.com/site/ngleak/
