Steve was wonderful.  We had indepth discussions where he readily understood my vision, as well as what the condo complex owner's concerns were.  He went the extra mile to get matching siding to the main building and blended the old with the new seamlessly for example.  Same for the windows themselves and locating them in a way to blend with the rest of the condo.  Details were discussed and selections and solutions were always satisfactory.  For details  I wasn't clear about (such as wall material or ceiling angle and treatment) our discussions were very helpful- he is an excellent communicator- and he made the perfect suggestions. I am very happy with the result.  There were some delays due to weather, subcontractor scheduling, or inspection scheduling but he and his crew were very polite and considerate and worked as steadily as they could considering we had one of the most intense winters for quite a while.

This company is professional, punctual, and the quality of their work is amazing. The owner listened to what I wanted and gave me my dream bathroom. This is the fourth time I have used this company and will continue to use them in the future.

The quality of the work was quite good and they communicated what was going on.  They were very personable and the sculptor work crept a little more than I wanted, as it was expensive.  Apart from that, I felt they were good and competent.  I will continue to use them in future.

Steve Seddon changes the reputation most people have for Contractors. I could set my watch to the time they started work every day. Steve was onsite every day not only supervising his workers and subs but working along with them. He takes pride in his work and swings a hammer every day. They started and ended our project before moving on to the next. Steve and his workers have an unusual desire to do the best work in a reasonable amount of time. They not only do what's expected, they go beyond that. I can't say enough about this contractor without sounding bias. All I can say is if you don't give Steve an opportunity to do your job you will be doing yourself an injustice. I'm sure there are many good contractors available but I dont believe any better. I met with the owner and told him what I wanted. He came up with a design that was exactly what I had envisioned. The crew was professional and worked steadily throughout the project. They tidied up after they were done and removed all left over debris and materials. I now have the kitchen I always wanted.

It was an excellent experience from start to finish. They arrived on the day they said they would. They set up and went right to work. They worked steadily through the project. They were polite and well mannered.
