Septic Tank Service
Very late in the design phase I was told they could only design a three bedroom tank. This was not ideal. I asked if the design would cause flooding on the driveway and if a retaining wall was necessary. The engineer assured me there would be no problems. Several months after installation the septic system failed due to flooding. I have been without the use of septic for weeks. The designer never took the actual topography of the land into account. They are not taking any proactive measures to address this problem.
