They are very accommodating. We chose to take it to them. They are always very convenient. We weren't ready right away to pick it up because we were doing work on the house. They were nice enough to hold it there until we were finished painting. Their price was very good. Their quality was fine. Yes, I would use them again.

Call for drop off time first.  
Super friendly people!!  Easy drop off and pick up at business on Route 1. 
They called me when ready, easy pick up. Actually they put it in my car before I knew it....really nice!
Price was as quoted and the carpet looks brand new with no cleaning odors! 
Will definitely recommend this company to anyone.

I have used Tri-Clean several times in the past 3 years. I have dropped off various rugs from fine Oriental Carpet(s) to nice Braided Rugs. The price quoted to me has always been accurate, the service friendly and the rugs completed and ready for pickup when promised. I recommend them to everyone that asks.
