it took him 4 days to call back and that was just to come out to measure for the cap then it was almost a week for a call back with the price. then a month and a half and many phone calls later returned my call and then said he forgot about me.the next time i called him he said it would be another week after that week and another call finally came and put the cap on . before he left he said he would be back to change out the screws because he didn't like the ones he used . well guess what he never came back what a shock .my husband changed the screws
