American Renaissance Painting & Restoration

This is the second time we have used this company. They had also painted our porch and wood detailing around the outside of our 100 year old home which is a duplex. Nate, Jay, Marco and their crew were very respectful, completed the work on time, and did wonders with our rental unit. We are getting a lot more rent and had a lot of interest as it has a lot of character and now looks clean and updated. They spent hours on prep to shore up walls and fill in dents and holes so that the painted walls and trim and moldings now look so much better. They were very responsive to our needs and continually asked for feedback and input throughout the process. They explained the work they were doing along the way. And I always felt they were easily reachable. Would definitely hire a third time. And the price was reasonable given the several other quotes we received.

This was a straight forward job as the siding and trim was new and installed with one coat of paint and/or primer. But, they finished the job in just a couple of days which was a nice surprise. It all looks great. I asked for a change to the deck stain and they quickly accommodated it. Getting the estimate and the interaction with everyone was quite professional and I can say our immediate neighbors (10-20 feet away) were also very appreciative of that.

They gave me good value for my money. The owner was very accommodating and addressed the issues. They were professional and I had a good experience with them.
