Have always used this U-Haul for rentals.
In general, the guys who work here are very helpful. Paul is top-notch and a credit to the company.
The last truck I rented had a very uncomfortable ride and was very "jerky." I was concerned about the contents of the truck. Also, the fuel guage would stick. I put the specified amount of gas in the tank to make it reach the required 3/4 mark (to return the vehicle) and the guage did not respond. I ended up filling up the tank before the marker moved.
I also noted that there's a discrepancy between what the [off-site] customer service tells you and what the actual U-Haul location says. The off-site customer service told me there was no availability for a certain size truck. When I talked to the guy at U-Haul, it was a totally different story.
