True Colors House Painting

I give True Color an overall A grade for an excellent job.

This is the second house that True Colors House Painting has painted for us.  Both times, the exterior of the house had been neglected too long and there was peeling/cracked paint everywhere.  Emad and his team sanded the entire house including trim down to bare wood, added a coat of primer and two coats of paint on top of that.  Both house looked amazing when they were done.  Emad made some great suggestions in terms of colors and is very responsive, always replying to emails/texts/calls quickly.  His team is professional, thorough and fast.  A week or two after the job was done Emad called us to make sure we didn't have any questions or concerns.  We'll definitely work with True Colors House Painting again in the future.  Highly recommended.

Owner and team were incredibly reliable, punctual, thorough, highly skilled painters, and great to work with. From arrival to clean up, the team was efficient, quiet, accommodating, and very good at their job. Estimate was competitive and reasonable, and we didn't pay more than the original quote. The quality of work was excellent. We couldn't be happier with the results.

Emad and team did a beautiful job with our two family home in Salem, MA. They prepped and painted the entire exterior of the home and did some interior rooms as well. All the work was done professionally and quickly with great results and attention to detail. I cannot say enough about the team and you can tell that Emad takes real pride in his work - something you don't always find.

Emad did everything he said he would do, when he said he would do it, and charged what we agreed. When you have a house that's 100+ years old, that alone feels like a miracle. He is great at working with you on options for cost, and he knows what to expect for outcomes. Our house hadn't been painted in over ten years, and was peeling badly all over. He was up-front about what he could do, and what was worth trying, and his judgement was spot-on. If you need your house resided with cedar shakes, and extensive trim repairs, he is not your guy. If you need your house scraped, caulked, primed, and painted, with maybe a couple of clapboards or shakes replaced or repaired, he is the man. You do not know what a good price is until you talk to Emad. He called me back the same day, and was on time for the estimate appointment. He and his crew were pleasant and professional. I had already done some of the house myself, and he was great at working with me on that, even giving me how-to advice, and matching the paint. His crew started when they said they would, and finished in less than a week. They were good at daily clean-up, which is great when you have kids and a dog like we do. Months after the job, he followed up with me to check that all was well. Our house looks great, better than I expected.
