Whether you need him for an easy/quick repair, an emergency in the middle of the night (I called him at 4:30am for an emergency and he was at my house in less than 30 minutes), or my most recent project, which was a wholesale replacement of my backup heat system & hot water in the house with a tankless which was completed in a long day, Tim always delivers. No job is too big or small for him. I don't recommend a ton of contractors since most let me down, but Tim never does and he has also always delivered high quality work for me and the many others I have referred him to.
