Update: After having a new roof installed 4 weeks ago, it is leaking around the chimney and damaging our ceiling. Bill has been an honorable man in the past, and I assume that he will be in this as well. I will update this review based upon how Shea Roofing responds and how quickly and completely they solve the problem.

unfortunately i think the work that he does is good (at least so far), but the fact that he was very difficult to get a hold of, did not communicate well and did not do all the work he was supposed to do prevents me from using him again in the future or referring him to others.

Everything went as expected. Crews showed up at stated time and put in a full days work. Cleanup was done at the end of the day. All association members are happy with the job that was performed.
