Auto Body Work
In June of 2014 the air conditioning on my Nissan Altima stopped working. I went back to the dealer and informed me that the compressor was shot and they quoted me $1,100 for the repair. I decided that I would shop around and found SS Automotive (1 Mason Street, Salem, MA). They repaired my A/C for just over 1/2 the price that the dealer quoted. Fourteen months later my A/C failed again. I went back to SS Automotive. The problem this time was totally unrelated to the repair they did in 2014. This time an electrical connection had failed. They spent 15-20 minutes diagnosing the problem and once they discovered the failure it was quickly fixed. I was happy. When I went to pay, they refused to take any money! These people are sincere, professional and responsible. This type of customer service is very rare today. I recommend these company.
