Team showed up on time and asked clarifying questions around where the transition lines would ideally go (odd shaped room so more than 1 piece was needed).

I was selling a condo and needed the wall to wall carpet cleaned for showing.  Workers were friendly and efficient, and response was timely.  I have used Magarian before and would not hesitate to use the again. I find the price very reasonable.

They did a great job. Even wrapped it up and delivered to the basement since I was not planning on using it. They spent extra time getting the animal odors out of it.

The rugs were returned clean and in excellent shape. The staff are very pleasant, low-key and courteous and very easy to work with.

The work was performed at their Route 1, Salisbury, MA. location.
Drove into business lot, someone came right out and carried the carpet into the shop. They gave me a receipt and pick up date. They called a day or two before the scheduled date telling me that the carpet was ready for pick up at my convenience. The next day I drove in, paid the bill and by the time I walked out to my car, the carpet was all loaded. Later, we spread it out in my living room and it looks better than new and smells great! These guys are professional and courteous! Something you don't get to experience every day. Highly, highly recommend this company!!!

He was very professional and courteous, and the installers were also very good, as the stairway is old and tricky. The quality of the carpet is great and was one third the price of other wool berbers at other carpet stores. During the initial installation, they were short carpet for two of the stairs, but Kevin called me right away to say that he was hoping we wouldn't need to order another yard (to save us money). The installers covered up the tack strips well and came back in one week to finish the remaining two steps.

They are rug cleaners and you have to take your rug to them to clean. They are absolutely fantastic. They hand cleaned my rugs and they specialize in Oriental rug cleaning. You have no idea how good they were. It is a family owned business and they have been there forever. I don't remember the exact cost but it was not that pricey. I was actually surprised it was no more expensive. Their customer service was really good. They actually delivered on time and the rugs look like new. One of them I was really concerned about because it was a light color and those colors tend to bleed. It came back perfect; like new. They base their charges on the size of the rug. They have weird hours; it is not 9-5 every week day, I think they are closed a couple of days during the work week. I definitely will use them again in the future.
