Al was very friendly and professional.The crew worked quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up after themselves but left a small pile of debris on the lawn. It was immediately removed when I called them. They admitted that it was an oversight by the crew. Other than that everything went smoothly.

Fabulous, professional, great follow-up! would hire again and again.

The team was punctual and professional from quote to clean up. They quickly scheduled an estimate and where able to start the work about a week after we committed. The team was very nice each day, cleaned up the work site and worked extremely hard. They crew was  ther first thing in the day and finished around 5-6 each night.
I would definitely recommend Preserve to other's looking to paint the exterior of their home. The service also comes with a two year warranty on the blistering and pealing which I thought was a bonus.

I am satisfied with their service. I don't mind paying for a good service. They were few issues with them. They were very good.

Sean and PS did a great job with multiple projects for my condo association. He provided the most detailed quote that broke down all the different needs of the project and costs (updated paint generally needed, rotted wood needing replaced, and replacement material options. He showed up promptly and performed the work in the time promised. His crew cleaned up each day and were respectful to all owners and neighbors as they worked.

The house was first power washed and inspected for any loose or damaged shingles. The painters arrived on time every day and worked non stop except for a short lunch break. I had some shingles that needed replacing and a little extra work done on window frames. The work needed was pointed out to me and it was clear it needed to be done. Gaps and cracks were caulked and after priming a full coat of paint was applied with brushes not sprayed on. The brushes make it look do much better. My questions were answered in detail, the men were polite and very hard workers and all my phone calls were responded to very quickly. I'm very happy with the job, my house looks great and I would defiantly recommend Preserve Services .

They were great, very responsive in communicating and meeting time lines, very thorough and professional and personable in how the guys work and work together, cleaned up as they worked, exceeded expectations , well worth what they charge, would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Sean, the owner/contractor provided a detailed written quote that included all the anticipated trim work repair (rotted wood); it was easy to understand and in comparison to other bids, this one spelled out all the components of the job clearly.
Sean called to ask permission to move the job up on the work list due to another party wanting to delay their project; he started when he said he would and completed the job in a very timely fashion, despite a couple days of light rain.
He responded to questions, whether by phone or email, the same day.
The quality of the work is terrific. His crew cleaned up every day and were professional in their work.
We have hired Sean to do the porch repair work that clearly needs to be done and feel that the bid for the work is fair.

Excellent. They show up when promised, work studiously while present and clean up at the end of each day. Their employees are friendly and easy to work with.

It was the first time I had used them. They did a good job. The price was reasonable and did what they said they would do. They cleaned up after themselves as well.

Very easy experience. The whole job was coordinated in a couple of emails and phone calls. Sean O'Connor (the owner/manager) spent some time explaining the various options, implications for costs and then provided written estimates outlining the various scenarios immediately at the first visit,. They proved to be very accommodating around my schedule. The site was left clean and free of debris each evening. I have since recommended then to one of my neighbors.

The work was delayed for a couple of weeks, mainly due to weather and other jobs that the company had going on. Once they started, they moved efficiently. They were responsive to our requests to more completely clean up the paint scrapings left around the house, although it took a couple tries to get it right. Overall, a good job and the house looks great.

First-rate. They did an excellent job of painting, clean-up. Prompt, professional and quick. They are very experienced with historic houses and it showed.

He advised me not to bother with further projects since I was selling my house as a fixer-upper. I appreciated his honesty. My Realtor was so impressed with his work, that she took his name and number. I would hire him again in a heartbeat!

Crew were prompt and polite, but the workmanship was not what I expected. They charged me extra for lumber that was supposed to be included in the estimate. They left trash in the yard for almost a week after the job, although they did finally pick it up. They also painted about half of the windows shut (which I will probably hire another painting company to fix). To be fair, some of the work was done quite well, and the price was reasonable, but it was definitely a mixed bag.

The communication on this job was very good. We knew when the team would be on site and when there were delays (weather), we were promptly informed. The overall quality of the workmanship was very good. All the painting was brush (not spray) and the carpentry was first rate. We had a minor problem with water coming in during rain (partial construction) and causing interior stains. They repainted the ceilings of two rooms without question. We have had some very bad experiences in the past with painting companies...these guys are first rate.
