THE WORK WAS DONE ON TIME, IN RECORD TIME, AND QUITE WELL. KEVIN WAS FANTASTIC! MY INITIAL CALL SET UP THE APPT WITHIN 5 MINUTES, AND GAVE ME A PRICE QUOTE. A WEEK LATER, I HAD TO CALL AND RESCHEDULE THE APPT, DUE TO APPLIANCE DELIVERY CHANGES, AND KEVIN WAS ACCOMMODATING, AND GAVE ME THE FIRST AVAILABLE APPT THE NEXT DAY. HE WAS A BIT LATE FOR THE APPOINTMENT, BUT HIS OFFICE CALLED AND LET ME KNOW HE WAS RUNNING LATE THAT MORNING. WHEN HE ARRIVED, HE WAS A SUPER NICE GUY, APOLOGIZED FOR THE LATENESS, AND GOT RIGHT TO WORK. HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME AS HE WENT. IN THE END, HE CHARGED ME $150 LESS THAN WAS ORIGINALLY QUOTED. VERY WELL PRICED, ON TIME, QUITE POLITE, WOULD HIRE AGAIN AND AGAIN.

IF THEIR PRICES WERE REASONABLE I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN. THAT IS, IF I COULD GET THEM TO RETURN MY PHONE CALLS.
