Most horrible experience. In the state of MA only a rabies vaccine is required to be preformed by a licensed veterinarian. Upon bring my dog to be fixed I was called once in the parking lot and completely dismissed by the office manager once I informed her my dog has been vaccinated at home. Like many dog breeders, farmers etc.. I see the validity in home vaccinations. Your pet is in their own home so no car trip before or after, they are with those they know and who love them, it is more cost effective. I have been a phlebotomist and RMA in pediatrics for many years and felt very comfortable preforming two subcutaneous shots she needed at home, I also have the record and serial numbers from the vials. My experience with being dismissed based on my choice to administer at home was belittling. Very simple shots to give if your familiar with how. I wonder If they send away breeders and how they would handle the many many farmers who vaccinate their stock. These people treated me terribly, I got a "No" as soon as they heard administered at home. No questions regarding my medical training or experience, just a flat "No, if your not going to pay us to redo them". I'm disgusted

HORRIBLY! PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU EVEN CONSIDER BRINGING YOUR PET HERE! brought my cat emma there to be put to sleep. she had cancer and i didnt want her to suffer waiting for an appt at my regular vet, so i brought her here...what a huge mistake! the vet claimed emma was acting up and wanted to give her a traquilizer called ketamine! i offered to hold emma and i didnt care what she did to me, i just wanted to go in peace! the entire thing was a nightmare! not only did she bring emma to the back room to give it to her (against my wishes and not in front of me), but the vet did not warn me that emma would "paddle". like this experience wasnt bad enough as it is!!! she paddled for 5-10 minutes before i was yelling out for a dr to come in and just put her to sleep immediately! do not bring your pets here, they dont give a **** about them!

It went fairly well. The appt. was on a Saturday and they were close to being on time. The doctor asked some questions about our dog then gave a brief examination. Based on what we told him and what he saw, he couldn't come up with a definitive diagnosis and 'thought he might' be having some sort of seizure. He put him on medication. We have seen minimal change and will need to go back for further testing. It was very expensive for the short period of time we were with him (15 minutes or so).

She was friendly and easy to talk to. She seems to really love dogs and seems to offer a lot of assistance if I ever have any problems. She was able to answer any of my questions.

Everyone there is super friendly and very knowledgeable. My younger dog usually sees Dr. Allegrezza. He has treated him for ear & eye infections, hot spots & cuts. My older dog is a patient of Dr. Bergeron. She removed his spleen and monitored his blood counts for months to make sure he did not have cancer. She was extremely thorough and was very good about calling me with updates.

I took a dog there and I was amazed on how thorough they were. They check everything and I was impressed that they know so much about the issue with the dog and they would even look things up to make sure he could tell me as much information as possible before I left.

If your dog has cancer, this is where they need to be in this area. Caring and wonderful people work there who are so great to the animals and the owners. They are more commonly called NEGOG for short around here. People like us really appreciate the sound advice and great help they offer. They helped me go through my grief. They had done everything they possibly could have for our pet and we knew that. We definitely got our money's worth out of the great care they provided.

She s an old cat, almost 18 years old and they take very good care of her. The staff is very well-trained and relates to the animals well. She is still feisty and going strong. She has to be anesthetized to have the blood work drawn.

They were nice and sensitive to our very sad and unfortunate situation. They let us spend as much time as we wanted with our dog before the gave her the shot. They had many options to choose from for her remains. We had her cremated. Later on they sent us a sympathy card.
