Team worked quickly and the end result ended up being cheaper than the quote, as they discovered some existing insulation that reduced the workload. Cleanup could have been a little better in some areas, but on the whole they worked cleanly and covered furniture with plastic.

Good. It was cheaper to have them blow in the insulation from the inside of the house because we have asbestos shingles and they kept everything clean.

Arrived on time. Very neat. Mass save evaluation indicated they did a great job!

The crew arrived in the morning and set to work immediately. The work took longer than they had expected as the area they were working in was very small and cramped. They cleaned up after themselves, moved heavy furniture back in place, and were very polite and personable. They found some problems with the ductwork not being connected and alerted us to it. They also checked the rest of the insulation though it was not part of what they had been contracted to do.
Richard Lamby, the owner, kept in touch with us throughout the process and was very understanding when we cancelled on him when we were unable to fly back from Florida due to airline cancellations. While this delayed the work, we were very pleased with the way he communicated with us until we found a date when it could be done.
I cannot comment on the price as I did not choose the company, it was chosen by Mass Save. Likewise, I cannot comment on the quality of the work, what I can say is that we felt a big difference in comfort right away in the second floor and around the doors.
