He's been very responsive and super professional. I think his pricing is reasonable. I've just called him, for example, when my husband been's traveling if there was something that was weird, I'd take a video and email it to him. He was very helpful over the phone, too. He would try to help me over the phone and tell me what to do before he had to come out and charge me for it. I appreciated that. What I liked about him was that he looked outside of the scope of what we needed him for. So, for example, he was installing a new garbage disposal and he was looking the caulking around our sink. He said, "You know what? You might have some water damage back there." He made some suggestions of what we could do and what we should buy to help fill it. Again, things that he didn't have to do that he was suggesting how we could do it ourselves. He was trying to help us out. I just thought he was very fair. Like I said, the times I had to call him, he would try to walk me through how to fix something myself and then I'd be like, "I have no idea. Just get out here." That was always his first effort, trying to help us do so he didn't have to charge us. He's just really a solid guy. He did a very complicated gas conversion for us. He installed some updated things and made it work for us. Very inventive as far as on any other quotes that we had, any other people we had out to give us quotes on the work. He's one of my go to guys.
