We have been using MaidPro ever since we moved into the South End (2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo), and Marcia has been doing the cleaning for at least the past 2 years. We cannot be more pleased with the work she does. The whole place is cleaned from top to bottom - bathrooms and kitchen spotless, beds changed, floors mopped, even our young son's toys tidied up - and a full itemized list is left after each cleaning detailing the work performed. Occasionally we pay a little extra for a refrigerator cleaning which is worth the money. Highly recommended.

We bought this service for my dad for a gift. He loved the service and the company. The company did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning service. Thanks RH.

We hired them from the time that we did the big deal and just recently had to terminate the service.  I don't have any proof but on two occasions we noticed that drugs were missing in the house.  One time I was recovering from a surgery, that is why we got them, I left my pain killers in the living room and went back to look at them later and said "Oh, I thought I had "X" and now I only have "X-15, " but I was half hearted anyway and I wasn't sure.  Then recently, my husband had some on his dresser in the bedroom where they are not supposed to do our bedroom...that was part of the deal so they did not do our bedroom.  My husband asked me the next morning so we looked the whole weekend looking for it.  We called them...I was happy with her...I don't know what that means but I don't have to go to the police since I don't have proof but in my gut somebody took them.  Before she sends somebody to do the cleaning I told him that I am not comfortable right now with anybody coming to my house for cleaning.  I have asked them to use clean products and she said they can do that but I kept on reminding them because we have people who have allergies in the house.  I understand in the bathroom you have to use bleach so we agreed on using that and to leave the windows open afterwards.  The company itself was good but be cautious on somebody that comes into your house.  I don't know how you do this or I don't know how to make sure that someone is not taking drugs.  I will ask future cleaning service if they do criminal screens on people....I just assumed that they have.  I know she is a franchise and I feel for someone who is trying to make a living or setting up for business.  She always gave her good service, called ahead of time and called afterwards and again I have to mention about the cleaning solvent that they used.  She heard me eventually and we got into a good rhythm until this thing happened and I just felt uncomfortable.

I chose this company based on customer reviews and an Angies list coupon.  I paid for what I thought was 4 hours of cleaning, which would have been plenty of time to thoroughly clean my small 3 bedroom home.  I specifically asked for dust to be attended to.  When I returned home the house was minimally cleaned and there was visible dust even on flat surfaces.  The finials on the drapes had dust strings that looked like cobwebs still on them and the drapes had not been vacuumed.  Other companies that I had used had done this. My husband told me that they were there for 2 1/2 hours instead of 4. I called the company to complain and they informed me that 4 hours was in man hours and not in actual hours so, 2 people for 4 hours really meant 2 hours concurrent and therefore they had gone over time.  I have never heard of such a thing.  They asked if I wanted to reschedule a make up cleaning.  I was in the car and could not coordinate that so, I said I would try to call back to discuss it.  I got busy and never got back to them  They however made no attempt to contact me, which any decent business would have made the attempt.  I have had one time cleanings before and although they have been of differing quality, I have never been this dissatisfied.  I would never use them again.

chen It was fair. I had asked them to clean the outside of kitcabinets, but still sticky to touch by knobs. Stove and front of microwave not done, food still stuck on front of oven.  Areas by wall switches still smudged. House needed a real cleaning as was last occupied by an elderly man. Probably should have done more research into a heavy duty cleaning group.

They are very reasonably priced, they have a set check-list of what they do, so I always know what they've done in my house, they're very efficient and they're always on time.

Difficult to communicate with the cleaners sent, neither of them could speak english.  House was cleaner when they left but it was not spotless.

They treated me well.  The experience with them was good and they were good.  They gave good service.  They were on time and they gave me a list of exactly what’s going to be done.  They were flexible around rescheduling with the appropriate notice time.  There were a couple of things that bothered me about the quality of work.  There was nothing really bad or good about any aspect.  It wasn’t really bad neither was it over the top.

This was my second clean with Maid Pro.  The first time I left some comments and when she came back, she did an even better job!  My home looked great, Laraine is a very nice, and professional person, who is thorough and conscientious.  I am very happy with Maid Pro.  They are very reasonable, and will work to get it done right!

I was using another Angie's list housecleaning provider that stopped doing suitable work.  So I returned to the List.  And after interviewing many,  I selected MaidPro.  From the original interview, and estimate was established that was the ceiling, not the floor.  After the team had worked at the house, the cost was modified.  Two people show up everyweek (Ericka is wonderful, so do not request her as I want her only for my house :) !!) with their own tools and products.  They work on a checklist that is left every week.  They do nice flourishes, like doing the TP and Kleenex  like you find at the Ritz Carlton. And the work is complete, quick and well done. 
I have had them working for me for about 6 months now and hope to have them for years to come.

They do a great job for the money. The house looks and smells clean when they leave. They don't get down on hands and knees to scrub the floors, but for $65 you really can't expect that. I have had issues with some of the cleaners but we've worked out an agreement such that they always send the same cleaner, who does a great job. I'm not going to post her name on here because I don't want others to steal her away from me (haha!)
