I think they do a good job, but the receptionist is terrible. They tell you they are going to get back to you and they don t. They always fix what you want to be fixed though with no problems. It is us tracking them down to do it that is the problem. I am pleased with everything else involving the service though.

Hardwood Flooring Service
I had a complaint about a small area of grout that came out and they will have it repaired immediately with no questions asked. Matt Hourican my contact person at international floors was responsible for my pleasant experience, complying with my requests, seeing that the best materials were used and job done well.
