In fact...5 weeks after a big remodel, we received a check in the mail for $5,862 and...I wondered what it was for. Well, I called Tom Groom and he said, "Craig remember when I said that I need (X) percentage for profit? Well, that check is over and above the profit I needed for that job"! Are you kidding me or what?? Can you EVER imagine that happening??? Anyway...Groom has a "customer for Life" with my family!!
