The is no question that the work was top quality. However pricing is extremely outside the norm. In fact I belive it to be illegal. Tom created multiple situations to add additional "service calls". In fact he would just stop by to make sure the counter tops had been delivered and charged me $ 125 for it. Botton line good work, but a rip off artist.
