Their rates are fair, but not low. They did negotiate to meet another slightly lower installation estimate. We have automatic refill and they are extremely reliable. The office personnel are competent and courteous. We are very satisfied and would recommend this company without hesitation.

I have used Clarke Brother's for over 10 years, since I bought my current house. I understand they serviced the prior owner for many more years. This is a top shelf service company with clear, polite, professional staff. I have never compared their prices but believe them to be competitive.
