+ -1 moreShowed up on time to give an estimate. Their estimate was higher than others', but they seemed very knowledgeable and pointed out things that others missed. They showed up on time and did the work they promised to do. They seemed very efficient and did a thorough job cleaning up the site and removing the debris. Leaks are tough; you can't be sure they have been fixed until some period has passed and they haven't reappeared. It's been over two months and so far, so good.
Description of Work: New EPDM roofing Approx 700 Sqf fixed various leaks in 3 roofing areas in 2 condo buildings. Detail: Removed flashing at top of roof that had corroded. Installed copper to eliminate electrical corrosion occurring between two dissimilar metals. Removed and disposed of area of asphalt shingles and drip edge. Installed ice and water membrane barrier. Installed eight inch white aluminum drip edge around perimeter and in valleys. Stripped off and disposed of existing asphalt roofing in problem area of roof. Stripped off and disposed of siding on cheek wall above copper flashing. Stripped off and disposed of fascia boarding near cheek wall and copper flashing. Installed ice and water barrier to entire exposed area of roof. Properly flashed cheek wall. Installed new fascia boarding. Installed new cedar shingles. Removed and dispose of soffit where necessary. Removed and disposed of existing small gutter at bottom of valley as well as downspout. Installed six-inch white aluminum gutter as well as four-inch downspout. Tied new downspout into existing downspout. Installed architectural asphalt shingles.
