I liked the company. It was good and amazing.

Terrific.  Chris was punctual and professional.  He was very careful to not create any mess. He explained what he was doing and figured out a strange problem that he said he hadn't encountered before.  He even called the manufacturer of a part that had broken and arranged to have a free replacement sent to me.  Above and beyond, I thought! He has experience with old houses (mine is 110 years old). Very competent and a pleasure to do business with.

At each step of the re[airs, Chris explained to me what he was doing, the cost and the options available to me.  He was very professional.  He was neat and cleaned up after each day of work.  I was pleasantly surprised that he could repair all of my fixtures after I had been told that they need to be replaced

This review represents two visits. The first was to move the outlets, replace the shutoffs and fix the faucet. The second was to replace the pressure gauge and fix the system so the heat doesn't come on when using the tankless hot water heater. In each case Chris was prompt, courteous , professional, and explained what he found and how he fixed it. We just moved in to this house and as far as we are concerned he will be our plumber for all our plumbing needs.

Our hot water heater is the basement and when our town was flooded last fall, our basement was under 6" of water and our hot water heater didn't survive. after 4 days w/o hot water, we were pretty anxious to get the new one installed. Chris was fantastic: promptly returned our call and came the next day. He first confirmed that the old hot water was in fact not fixable and then gave us options and estimates for installing the new one. He was at our house almost the entire day working to get the new one in as quickly as possible. He was extremely professional, courteous and neat. And its been working great since he put it in!

Chris responded promptly to my frantic call for help, and fit us in immediately as it was an emergency call. Great work, good price, and would absolutely use him again for an future work. What a great find! Will recommend him to friends for sure. Finally a plumber who knows what he is doing and doesn't overcharge!!!

Chris is excellent to work with from start to finish. For complicated projects like our water heater replacement, he explained our options and helped us select the best solution. He performed the work quickly and thoroughly. He can be reached quickly in emergencies and is always friendly and helpful. We have never had any problems with Chris' work and recommend him to our friends.

Chris' work is excellent, and he has come back to address any concern we have had. This includes adding extra inches to the materials under our hot water heater in case of future flooding. Chris has worked on various aspects of our house since we purchased it just over a year ago. Recommended from a colleague, we understood that he would be more expensive, but worth it. This has turned out to be quite true. He is professional, respects the space in our house, and cleans up after himself thoroughly.

He has been responsive. He has been very competent. His service is very good. He is very respectful about being in my home and very professional about cleaning up his mess. He is a little more expensive, but he is worth every penny.
