After receiving an advertisement from the firm in the mail, I looked on Angie's list to see their rating. I then used their website to submit a request for conversation. After not hearing back, and not being sure if the website was working properly, I called them directly on January 2nd. The individual answering the phone identified thimself as the owner Chris. We talked about my needs and I asked if he was interested. He said yes he was and scheduled time the following Saturday, the 5th of January at 10am to see the house and scope the work. He took my number(s) and address to plan the visit. On the 5th, at 11am after waiting to see if he would appear, I called the number he provided. It went to voice mail. I left a message, expressing that perhaps I had misheard the date/time and wanted to be sure all was ok and whether he would be rescheduling. I never heard hear back at all from this vendor.
