I got his name as a referral from another company. He was responsive and called me back promptly. He came and gave me an estimate. Since his was the only bid I received, I don't know if it was high or low.
I gave him the job. He was able to schedule an installation date to meet my needs. He came as scheduled on time. He spread out drop cloths and was very neat.
My only problem and it is minor, was that he was training an apprentice who was not as neat as Jeff. The pipe joints were a little messy but they work.
He had to make a large hole in a cinder block to run the pipe and repaired the hole very professionally.
Now that the insert has been installed he is scheduled to come back to connect it up.
