"[Member Name Removed], Thank you for the great review, it was a pleasure working with you on this project. - Kari"
I didn't provide the cost of the services because it's not relevant to the review, and it's a violation of contractual confidentiality.
I still am growwing a tree for shade that he prommised would be saved. Its 5 years latter and I still don't hasve any shade.
Do not trust this contractor.
"I had a potential client call me today, she informed me that she went on Angie's list inquiring about my company and said she saw a poor review, which took me as surprise. We researched it, normally if there is an issue with a client we do anything possible to fix the problem given that as a company since 1910 reputation is of the upmost importance. In my defense I do remember this client from 2009, she had found me also through a referral on the computer and had asked for us to come out and give her a quote on one area of landscape that turned into not $16,000.00 but several thousand of dollars. As soon as we finished one project she had another project lined up for us to go onto. We were working for her for up to six weeks. It came to the final days of the job and in an area of repairing and restoring original stone walls that the previous contractor had installed improperly when we came to an impasse due to the fact that she would want the job done one way and then a few hours later come out and want it another way. In customer service the customer is always right however in this instance the customer was wrong. The woman and I had a disagreement due to how she wanted the work completed, and as I can be a bit of a hot head, we exchanged some disparaging remarks. We both at the time apologized to each other and I thought that the disagreement was resolved, however, this was not the case. Her husband later came out and fired us, telling us to get off of the property. Interestingly enough he did pay the balance in full leading me to believe that he was satisfied with the work and I thought that was the end of it. After seeing this review with no name signed to the complaint I did my own research and found who the complainant was. Well let me tell you, my grandfather always told me if you have something to say or if you are going to write a letter to the editor sign your name. Don't stand behind the bushes that I planted and slam my good name out of spite. I write this letter only to protect my sons whom are now running the company who at the time all bared witness to this. For the people of the cape cod area that know Stetson they all know the quality of work that he does. Yours truly, Michael Travers Fraser"
