The job was fixed in an hour. william was very good at telling what was going to be done. Very nice man. Polite.I would hire him again.

Mr. Walker was responsive, on time, professional, and friendly, and did all of the work with extreme attention to detail and care. He was very thorough and everything is working great.
I would definitely hire him again for any plumbing work that we need.

We were very pleased with the work. He came promptly, solved our problems - which a previous plumber had not been able to do - and seemed very competent.

We are on a septic system. Over a period of several weeks the kitchen and bathroom sinks became increasingly slow in draining due to grease and gunk buildup. Will snaked the drains, then added solvent that dissolved the grease and flushed the pipes clean. He also replaced the rubber seal on the glass door of the shower stall and fix the plate that holds the rubber in place. He was here for approx. 2.5 hours.
This is not the first time we've used Will. When we first moved into this condo unit we had some problems left behind by the contractor's plumbers, who were totally unresponsive. We finally gave up, went to the phone book and called Will. He responded immediately and fixed the problems for very reasonable charges.
As far as we are concerned, Will is our plumber of choice. We highly recommend him.

I've used William in the past for other projects. He is very professional and responds quickly. He is prompt. I like to use folks who live in Rutland. He is very pleasant and neat. He cleans up after himself. I appreciate that he doesn't leave a mess in my home. He is very honest about pricing and work upfront before he starts fixing the problem.
