It was an incredibly horrible experience and they totally ripped me off. They have caused me to go into a court case and trial. It's been an incredible amount of money and I can't believe these people are even in business. I received $22,000 worth of materials but they charged my credit card $38,000 without my knowledge. None of the invoices matched up with any of the charges. They refused to give me any invoices. I had given them permission to charge the first order of $7,000 to two of my different credit cards. After that it was supposed to be the terms of COD and the contract stated a discount with COD. I kept calling asking for an invoice and they refused and kept blowing me off for 2 months. They kept charging my credit cards and they could not give me an explanation of what they had charged. They charged for financing charges and I wasn't late on anything. They ordered a $10,000 package of roof trusses in December before we broke ground and we hadn't put anything in writing regarding this. They delivered them with snow on the ground and then we had to stop work on our property for a week so they could get a crane and move them back to their company to store them. We were not ready for the trusses until 3 months later. They were working on a draft plan and the trusses were not even supposed to be ordered until after the foundation had been put in. The trusses were wrong and had never been signed off on by the architect. They refused to fix them unless I paid for their mistake. I decided not to go with the trusses and they said that I couldn't refuse them. I had to get the cops involved because they put them on my land. They later got a court order and lied on the court order stating that my architect ordered them so they got a lien against my property. I wasn't able to get any invoices so I could pay because I knew that I didn't owe them $38,000. They have now said that their resolution is to split the costs of the trusses with me. I would warn everyone not to use them.
