I must admit when the work crew came, they did a great job. However, they never came when they said they would and sometimes not at all. In the end, I had to cancel as they never came for three weeks to mow my lawn. It was over 8 inches in some places and was very embarrassing. I have had multiple companies service my lawn for over 10 years and never had that happen to me before.
They were charging me $95/week to mow my lawn, I thought they would do a good job so I was willing to pay double the price of the usual lawn service thinking that I would get exceptional service. In the end it was not worth the money.
They were more expensive than any other company that I worked with charging me $95/week for mowing, $900 for spring cleanup, $600 for mulching, $900 for the fall cleanup, and $600 for chemicals. Before Rutland, I was getting my lawn mowed for $40/week and spring/fall cleanups were around $500.
I was highly disappointed in Rutland. In the end, I sent an e-mail canceling my service along with an explanation and pictures of my lawn. I never heard back either by telephone or e-mail. However, later that day the mowing crew arrived, but I sent them away and hired a new company to do my mowing.
Now, I am back to using three different companies.
