The complete addition went very well. It was well planned and scheduled with no delays. From the digging of the foundation to the last nail all went very well. The best thing the provider suggested was instead of the old style crawl space under the addition he cut an access hole through the old foundation into the closet foundation. This eliminated the old damp crawl space and converted into an accessible storage area in the basement. (very good idea). He also installed hardwood in all 3 bedrooms.>>
All went very well. The project was started on time and progressed daily until the completion of the project. The site was cleaned daily and site safety was a main concern not an afterthought. As the project progressed all local code inspections were conducted on time and passed with absolutely no problems.
Any and all subcontractors and helpers were all dully licensed and expert in their fields of craftsmanship electrical and concrete.
There was a 30% down payment for material and payments in 3 installments after and only after the work stages were completed and passed code inspection. Dale was extremely professional and his craftsmanship was the best, which I expect from the people I hire for work on my house.
