My washer was leaking water on to the floor. Roy Monteiro came to my house after a couple hours after being called. Roy identified the promblem within minutes and competed the repairs in less that a half hour. Roy does excellent work and I will call him for any and all pluming issues in the future.

Roy is great - don't hesitate to hire him. He stopped to look at the job only a couple of days after I first called him and did it the next week. He arrived on time, did the job quickly and professionally and best of all, cleaned up after himself. And he even brought treats for my dogs! I have already spoken with him about another project.

I NEEDED A HANDYMAN AND I NEEDED HIM SOON. I CONTACTED ROY AND HE WANTED TO COME THE NEXT DAY. i WAS STILL WAITING FOR A PART SO AS SOON AS IT WAS IN MY HANDS I CALLED ROY. I MET HIM ON THE JOB SITE. WE BOTH ARRIVED AT THE EXACT SAME TIME, 15 MINUTES EARLY. HE WAS IN AND OUT LESS THAN AN HOUR. HE COULD HAVE LEFT A COUPLE ON MINUTES EARLIER, BUT SPENT A COUPLE OF MINUTES WITH MY NEW PUPPY. IF MAGGIE LIKES HIM I KNOW HE IS A GOOD GUY.

Roy was great! We worked together well. When the job started taking more time than I initially asked him to help, he rearranged the schedules on some of his other projects to see mine through. The pressure was on to finish the floor before my wife returned from Ohio where she was helping her mother. She was thrilled and I thank Roy for helping me to get it done.

His estimate was on the lower side and he did real good work. It’s tough to even get someone to crawl under a mobile home, but he’s willing to do all the hard stuff. The other people I checked with wanted a lot more money. I checked out his work and it was excellent.

His work is great and you can always depend on him. I have never had any problem with his work. I have used him in the past. I have had him come out for many years. He remodeled a whole bathroom for me about 10 years ago. His price is about average. He does excellent work. He is usually here when he says he is going to be here.
