This is the second time I've used Wayne to tile my home. First, in 2010, I hired him to tile our small bathroom. He came on a day's notice with one other guy, worked extremely efficiently and expertly, and finished the job in a day. He even offered run up to Home Depot to replace the vanity for me! The floor still looks amazing two and a half years later. When it came time to completely renovate our kitchen, I interviewed several general contractors. The estimates I received to demo the existing vinyl floor and replace with ceramic were ridiculously expensive. I ended up finding a contractor that was willing to let me sub-out the tile work to Wayne. I am so glad I did. Wayne's price was less than half what the contractor wanted to do the floor. Wayne was able to work within the contractor's schedule. Again, he showed up on time and is hard at work tiling my 170 sq ft kitchen. He also picked up the tile for me at the warehouse. Awesome guy. I highly recommend him!
